Though this binder is bought predominately by pediatrics it can be bought and used by anyone following these simple instructions.
With the patient measure the distance from the Zyphoid Process to Sacroiliac Crest, or basically where the ribs come together at the breastbone to the hip-bones or the tail-bane for the height of the binder.
  

Then Measure the circumference around the belly at widest point, typically around the belly button for the waist measurements.

All measurements should be in inches.
